YourNewPlace.net allows you, the real estate agent to create a custom, interactive website for your potential buyer in 1 minute. With YourNewPlace.net you can communicate with any potential buyer quickly and easily.

Once you have registered with us, all you have to do is input the listing numbers of the houses that match the criteria the buyer requested and that's it! The customized website will be done for you automatically. We automatically email your customer letting them know that their customized web site is available.

The customized web site will contain the following:

  • Your picture (provided you have it in a web site)
  • A link to YOUR website
  • A link to YOUR email
  • Your customer's name
  • Color pictures of all the properties you wish to show with a short description of each.
  • An excellent city and county informational relocation package (optional, you can choose not to give this)
  • Many other useful tools and site to enhance your site and help your customer (optional, you may select which tools/site you want to include on your customer's page)

How much does this cost?
$20.00/month or $5.00/page for an individual page; but BIG group discounts are available.

Can I get a discount?
Discounts are available for companies that want to sign up some or all of their agents, the more agents the company signs up the better the discount. Another way to get a "discount" is to get someone (a mortgage company, insurance company, etc...) to sponsor you, they can pay for some of your cost in exchange for an ad in each page you create.

How do I register?
Simple! Click on "Register" above and fill out our form. You can also call us directly at MarTech Computers during business hours (Mon-Fri 8am-6pm EST) at (770) 418-0101.

What listing service should I use to get the listing numbers?
Currently we only serve the Atlanta metro area and we use both listing services in this area. We will be 'exporting' YourNewPlace.net to other metro areas soon.

Do I have to contact my customer to let them know about their custom web site?
You can if you wish, however, we automatically send your customer a link to the web site you created.

When are the pages available to be seen?
Immediately - the whole process takes seconds.

Can I show virtual tours of properties?
Yes! If any property has a virtual tour created by IPIX it is automatically displayed without disclosing the seller's agent identity. Currently we don't display virtual tours made by other companies.

Can I still fax the properties to my customer if I wish?
Yes! In the page you create there is a button for you (or your customer or anyone) to fax the page FREE of charge - even long distance (including England and Australia).

Can I upload my own pictures of the properties?
Currently we only use the pictures available on the listing services.

How long are the pages I make available?
30 Days, after that they are deleted.

Can I make changes to one of the web sites I already made?
No, once a page is made, it is "locked in". This allows you to distinguish between properties you have sent to your customer and those you have not.

I see the listing in the listing service but you say "Property unavailable"?
Currently YourNewPlace.net only works with ACTIVE RESIDENTIAL property. Once a property is listed it takes our system 3-4 days to get the listing into our system. Future upgrades will enable you to use all other properties, regardless of status or type.

I see the picture in the listing service but you don't bring it up?
Once the picture is posted in the listing service it takes our system 3-4 days to download the picture into our service.

Is my privacy protected? What about my customers?

Yes! We will not sell/give any information we collect from you or your customers. We don't keep any information about your customers. The only information we retain is that which is needed for you to use the service.
